While every effort is made to portray items accurately, some products may vary in appearance. Colour variations can occur between stocks from different batches and suppliers, also your monitor settings may reproduce colours differently to the actual product colours. For these reasons we cannot undertake to supply perfect colour matches to those seen on screen or even seen by sample. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes allows. Images of Goods are provided for illustrative purposes only and the actual Goods described in the product descriptions are the Goods that you will receive. Product dimensions and sizes quoted are approximate. We take great care to ensure that all details, prices and descriptions are accurate at the time of ordering, however there may be a rare occasions when the information on the website may not be exact. If this is the situation, we will contact you by email to inform you of any changes. We reserve the right to correct incorrectly priced items.


We do not part-ship, orders are shipped when all items are in stock.

When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that the Shop has received the Customer’s order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between the Customer and the Shop. The Shop will indicate acceptance of the Customer’s order, and hence a contract between the Customer and the Shop, when the we send the Customer an invoice.

Special Orders

If you are looking for a particular product not listed on our website we may be able to source it as a special order. Please contact us with your requirements (see contact details at the bottom of the page). Special orders are not returnable.

Special Quantities

If a customer orders an unusually large quantity of a particular product we will contact you as this order will be deemed a special order. Payment will be required in advance. Special Quantities are not returnable. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future. None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Stock information shown are for guidance and not a guarantee of availability. We list 100′ s of products on our site and stock levels can sometime fail to update when a product has been sold. We will contact you if a product is out of stock, you may choose to substitute the out of stock item for a alternative product, cancel the item for a full refund, cancel the whole order for a full refund.

Our goal is to have happy customers, who are pleased and satisfied with our product offering and service, and who are more than happy to recommend us to a friend. If you are not happy, we would like to know why, and try to rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Delivery and Availability

Shipping is done by An Post‘s Standard Post service and the price is calculated by the full weight of the order and the destination country.

Ireland & Northern Ireland: Shipping cost starts from €2.7 and free on orders over €60. In most cases delivery is usually the next working day from dispatch but can take an extra day during busy periods, poor weather, therefore we cannot guarantee next day delivery.

United Kingdom: Shipping cost starts from €3.8 and free on orders over €60. Delivery is usually 2-3 working days from dispatch (i.e. ship Monday, delivery Wednesday/Thursday) but can take extra time during busy periods, poor weather. etc. therefore we cannot guarantee 2 day delivery.

Other EU counties: Shipping cost starts from €3.8 and free on orders over €60. Delivery is usually within 3-5 working days from dispatch but can take extra time during busy periods, poor weather. etc. therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery day.

All items ordered will be delivered to the delivery/shipping address given when the customer placed their order. The Shop is not responsible for costs and time delays incurred as a result of incorrect addresses being provided by the customer at time of ordering. If delivery cannot be made to the delivery/shipping address provided for reasons beyond the control of the Shop, we will inform the customer as soon as possible and refund or re-credit the customer for any delivery costs incurred. No refunds for delivery costs will be given, in circumstances where delivery was included with the order. If you fail to take delivery because you have cancelled your order the Shop shall refund or re-credit you within 30 days any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods less any expenses incurred for failed delivery. We will make every effort to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer through reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery. Should an item become out of stock we will contact you by email to advise you of the estimated adjusted delivery timeline. Should you wish to cancel or change your order you can do so by emailing us at info@eztettem.com and we can revise your order, or issue a full refund.


Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase; we guarantee to exchange it or provide a full refund (with the exception of items with have been made to order e.g. printed items, custom sourced orders, custom quantities), providing you contact us within seven working days from the date you take receipt of the goods, by phone or email. Goods must be returned to us within 10 days from contacting us, unopened in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Return delivery costs are to be paid by the customer.

The Shop is not liable for returned goods damaged or lost in transport. The customer is responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so it is recommended to take out postal insurance to cover the value of the returns.

How to return goods:

To return an item to us for a refund just contact us by email containing information such as your order reference, details of the item(s) and quantity you wish to return.

We recommend that you use some form of Recorded Delivery when sending returns as we cannot issue a refund for goods that do not reach us. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless the goods were faulty or we had delivered the goods to you in error.

Faulty /Defective or Incorrect Goods received:

Ireland & Northern Ireland: You can always return goods if they are defective. You should inspect the goods as soon as you receive them for defects or damage. We must be notified within 5 working days of any items received defective, damaged or if there is a shortfall in the quantity sent. Simply return the damaged goods using a recorded delivery service and we will issue a replacement if available or if required by the customer a refund. Where goods are damaged, incorrect or faulty, the cost of returning the goods will be reimbursed to the customer.

It is recommended that proof of postage is obtained from the post office. If the goods have arrived either damaged or faulty to the customer’s delivery address, we will refund postage, once return timeline terms are met. We guarantee to refund monies paid within 30 days of order cancellation and/or receipt of returns to our office. To return an item to us contact us via phone or email (see the bottom of the page for contact details) containing information such as your order reference, product number, details of the item(s), reason for return and quantity you wish to return. You will receive an email from the Shop, acknowledging your intention to return the item(s) and next steps for returning the item(s).
